Property number 3 is a five bedroom house located in Vale Road, just off Boundary Road in Hove.

Vale Road is in parking zone X, with restrictions between 11:00 and 12:00 and 18:00 and 19:00.  There are no waiting lists for permits and there is normally plenty of space to park in the road.

Across the road from the house is Vale Park and Boundary Road, along with Portslade railway station are a 5 minute walk.

Buses 1, 16 & N1 are served from both Portslade Health Centre and Boundary Road, with the 1X, 16A, 25, 46 & 49 also served from Boundary Road (Northbound).

There are Doctors (Portslade Health Centre – Church Road) and Dentists (Portslade Dental Centre – St Andrews Road) just round the corner.

The house itself has five bedrooms, all with double beds and either fitted or wall standing wardrobes, chests of drawers and desks.

There are two bathrooms, on the ground and first floors.  The ground floor is a shower room, while the first floor retains a bath with a shower over it.

The kitchen gives loads of storage space for each housemate (3* 400mm wide kitchen wall cabinets each), as well as plenty of cupboards for the supplied equipment.  There is currently an American fridge freezer as well as a built in / larder fridge freezer.  A double oven and induction hob give plenty of cooking options, and finally there is a washing machine and heat pump tumble dryer tucked away.

At the back of the house, overlooking the garden is the lounge, with a large two seater sofa and tub chairs.  A small bistro dining table and chairs is in the window.

The garden is covered with shingle for low maintenance and has a large dining bench along with a Weber charcoal barbeque.  There is a large shed at the bottom of the garden, with a covered area to the side.

Bike storage is at the front of the house using a police approved, secure bike shed from Asgard sheds.
