Elaine and Marc have been renting properties in the Brighton and Hove area since 2011 and are both members of the National Residential Landlords Association.

- We rent all of our properties on a ‘Room Only’, fully furnished basis with all furnishings provided to a high standard. All shared areas are also fully furnished, with high quality appliances, high speed broadband (400mb) and internet TV.
– The rooms are let on specific room only Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreements (min. 6 months, automatically moving to rolling monthly thereafter).
This allows tenants to decide how long their stay is, without having to worry about disrupting their fellow housemates.
– All bills are included as part of the rent along with regular professional cleaning of communal areas, so there’s no need to register with utility companies and no hidden fees at any time during your stay.
– All deposits are protected through the ‘Tenancy Deposit Scheme’
– All properties have up to date safety certificates, renewed at all appropriate timescales
